2 Mahi Mahi filets (about 4.0 oz each) fresh fish or frozen works fine
Olive oil for brushing
1 teas cumin
1 teas chili powder
1 teas brown sugar
1/2 teas garlic powder
1/2 teas oregano
1/2 teas sea salt
1/4 teas black pepper
1/4 teas smoked paprika
