The perfect sweet and spicy mango salsa to pair with any fish. Grilled, blackened, or fish tacos...this salsa elevates any fish to the next level. Simple, fresh ingredients combine for  tropical cool flavors complimenting the perfect summertime meal.

Ingredients

1 cup diced mango

1/4 cup diced red onion

1 finely diced jalapeno, include seeds if you don't mind some heat!

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

1/4 cup diced tomato

2 tablespoons lime juice (about juice of 1 lime)

Pinch of salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine mango, onion, tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro in a small bowl. Drizzle lime juice over ingredients and stir
  2. Add salt to taste
  3. That's really it! Enjoy!

Notes

This fresh mango salsa is sooo good with thick corn chips (think Trader Joe's corn dippers), tortilla chips, or as a topper for easy fish tacos, grilled fish, blackened Mahi Mahi or jerk chicken. Add in some red cabbage and lime wedges and you are set. Honestly, you'll be happy eating it straight out of the bowl.
